Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not allow returns or exchanges because our items are pre-ordered and limited edition. Please review the provided apparel sizing charts carefully before checking out.

REFUNDS

Orders can be refunded within one week of order placement by contacting store@adhocla.com with your order number.

ORDER DAMAGED

We work closely with our warehouse partners to carefully package your order. Once it changes hands and enters the shipping carrier network, items may be lost in transit or arrive damaged. 

If your order arrives damaged, please send the following information to store@adhocla.com:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • If the item is a poster, we ask that you rip the poster completely in half and take several more photos to document its destruction. This is an extra precaution to prevent scalping of our limited edition prints.

LOST IN TRANSIT

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please double-check the tracking number from the carrier (e.g. USPS or DHL). Once an order is marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, AdHoc is not responsible for loss or theft. Please ensure that your delivery is going to a secure location upon checkout.

STUCK TRACKING

Tracking numbers may be generated up to several days in advance due to how our warehouse batches and packs pre-orders. If your order appears stuck in a pre-shipment status on the shipping carrier page and is not moving through the network, please wait one week before contacting us at store@adhocla.com.
